Hello, I'm Ariadne Mayz, the creator and soothing voice behind Willow Bend Zen. My journey with meditation began as a personal quest to deepen my own practice and find a way to combat the shadows of depression. Through dedicated practice and a profound connection to mindfulness, meditation became my sanctuary and a powerful tool for healing. It transformed my life, bringing light where there was darkness and fostering a profound sense of inner peace.

As I shared my journey and guided meditations on Willow Bend Zen, I discovered that my practice was resonating with many others who were also seeking healing, mindfulness, and spiritual expansion.
